Finance Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Abu Dhabi business and take full ownership of its finance function. You will lead accounting, reporting, tax and compliance activities across multiple entities while mentoring a small finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and manage multi‑entity consolidation, including eliminations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, accruals, provisions and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Lead UAE corporate tax compliance, cash‑flow management, working‑capital monitoring and coordinate external audits.
• Develop and enforce robust accounting policies, internal controls and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA or CA preferred.
• Current residence in the UAE with proven local finance and accounting experience, including hands‑on general ledger and IFRS reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑entity consolidations, corporate tax filings and external audit relationships.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
