Finance Manager – Private Family Office (Real Estate Development, Russian Speaker)

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead financial planning, analysis, reporting and investment performance for a private family office focused on real estate development. Reporting directly to the Chairman, the role requires fluency in Russian and English and deep expertise in real‑estate finance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting for the office and its investment portfolio.
• Monitor financial performance of development projects from feasibility through construction, sales and completion, including cost control, cash‑flow management and profitability analysis.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning, banking relationships and financing facilities, ensuring robust financial controls and approval procedures.
• Coordinate accounting operations, external audits, tax compliance and regulatory reporting in line with UAE VAT and corporate tax requirements.
• Provide strategic financial insights, investment performance assessments and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• Proven experience in real‑estate development finance, including project budgeting, feasibility studies, financial modelling and investment performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data, identify risks and present actionable recommendations.
• Fluency in Russian and English (both mandatory).
• High integrity, discretion and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑trust environment.
