About the role
Aldar Education is seeking a Finance Officer (UAE National) for Bateen World Academy in Abu Dhabi, to start immediately. The role supports the school’s financial operations, handling tuition collections, budgeting, and various administrative financial tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to parents’ finance and admissions inquiries.
- Manage tuition fee collection, follow up late payments and returned cheques.
- Oversee petty cash reconciliation and replenishment.
- Prepare bank collection reports and scan cheques.
- Monitor department budgets and produce monthly income and expenditure statements for heads of department and the principal.
- Coordinate examination fee collection and transport invoice processing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of finance or customer service experience in the region, preferably in the education sector.
Required skills
- Fluent English communication (written and oral).
- Computer literacy and strong office management abilities.
- Arabic language proficiency (preferred).
