Finance & Strategy Associate – UAE National

About the role

Join Deliveroo’s Finance & Strategy team in Dubai as a Finance & Strategy Associate. You will support data‑driven decision‑making by maintaining performance datasets, preparing weekly business reviews, and analysing key metrics to explain variances.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update performance datasets used across the Finance & Strategy team.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and analyses.
• Populate the weekly business review template with the latest performance data.
• Analyse key metrics, highlight trends or anomalies, and draft fact‑based commentary.
• Track actual performance against targets or prior periods and investigate significant variances.
• Summarise findings for the wider Finance & Strategy and UAE leadership teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and explain variances.
• Structured, data‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Clear and concise written communication.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
