About the role

Join Deliveroo’s Finance & Strategy team in Dubai as a Finance & Strategy Associate. You will support data-driven decision‑making by maintaining performance datasets, preparing weekly business reviews, and analysing key financial metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update performance datasets ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Populate the weekly business review template with the latest data.
• Analyse key metrics, highlight trends, and draft fact‑based commentary.
• Track actual performance against targets and investigate variances.
• Summarise findings for Finance & Strategy and UAE leadership teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear and concise written communication.
• Team‑oriented, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience with formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF.
• Ability to create and use pivot tables.
