Financial Advisor – AI Training Specialist

About the role

Ethos is seeking experienced financial advisors to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional finance documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will work remotely, 5‑20 hours per week, creating and refining AI‑generated outputs for individual client planning.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and improve AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks covering household cash‑flow plans, goals‑based financial plans, retirement drawdown models, debt payoff schedules, net‑worth statements, and risk‑tolerance questionnaires.
• Collaborate with the AI lab to ensure outputs meet professional standards and reflect real‑world financial advising practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience advising individual clients on household cash‑flow planning, debt payoff scheduling, and retirement drawdown modeling.
• Proven ability to transform scattered account information into clear, actionable, goals‑based financial plans.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong written communication and attention to detail.
