About the role
Procter & Gamble is seeking a Financial Analysis Manager to join its Dubai office. In this role you will partner with business teams, conduct financial analyses, and ensure accurate accounting practices that support site governance and strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with teams to provide decision‑making guidance and lead company projects.
- Conduct day‑to‑day financial analyses to support business decisions.
- Support site governance and stewardship activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Required profile
- 0‑5 years of experience in financial services, auditing firms, or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in English.
- In‑depth understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Adaptability, quick learning ability, and a growth mindset.
