About the role

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Financial Analysis Manager to join its Dubai office. In this role you will partner with business teams, conduct financial analyses, and ensure accurate accounting practices that support site governance and strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of experience in financial services, auditing firms, or FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• In‑depth understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Adaptability, quick learning ability, and a growth mindset.
