Financial Controller (Sharjah)

About the role

Grandseal is seeking a full‑time Financial Controller to lead its finance function in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of all financial reporting while supporting strategic decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and present financial statements and reports.
• Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow planning, providing performance analysis and insights.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Supervise accounting processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on cost management and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• Senior finance or controller experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial or construction sectors.
• Strong analytical ability and clear communication with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sharjah and manage multiple priorities.
