Financial Modeling & Investment Banking Specialist

About the role

This remote, hourly‑contract position is aimed at senior investment banking professionals who will help shape advanced AI evaluation and training projects. You will leverage your M&A, capital‑markets, and valuation expertise to build realistic financial scenarios and reference solutions for next‑generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design enterprise‑level investment banking scenarios based on real Fortune 500 M&A and capital‑markets transactions.
• Develop tasks involving valuation, financial modeling, deal structuring, and transaction execution.
• Create reference pitch books, board presentations, and deal recommendation reports.
• Apply methodologies such as DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and LBO modeling.
• Validate financial outputs for accuracy, completeness, and professional quality.
• Author detailed rubrics that differentiate senior‑level banking judgment from basic analysis.
• Collaborate with AI project teams to improve system performance on complex banking workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, capital markets, or leveraged finance.
• Background at a bulge‑bracket bank, elite boutique, or major financial institution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
