Financial Operations Manager – AI Training Expert

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its language model on professional financial documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated outputs across core financial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI‑generated monthly close reconciliations, journal entry packages, and audit request schedules.
• Create and maintain accounts payable/receivable aging reports, budget‑to‑actual variance summaries, and vendor expense audit trail spreadsheets.
• Perform internal control walkthroughs, SOX testing memos, and ensure compliance with PBC documentation standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in corporate accounting, financial operations, or audit support with hands‑on ownership of close reconciliations.
• Deep fluency in GAAP and PBC documentation standards, and expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.
