Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

A fast‑growing smart mobility and parking technology company in the UAE is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to own the preparation and presentation of financial reports for the Chairman and executive leadership team. You will turn complex numbers into clear, decision‑ready insight.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPI dashboards.
• Analyse financial performance against budget and forecast, explain variances and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to the Chairman and C‑suite in a concise, commercial manner.
• Use AI‑enabled reporting and modern BI tools to automate reporting, improve data quality and speed insight generation.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with commercial, operations and leadership teams to provide financial context for key decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, financial analysis or FP&A.
• Strong working knowledge of AI‑enabled reporting and analytics tools.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives.
