About the role
A boutique in Dubai is looking for a Fine Jewelry and Watches Sales Specialist to oversee the operations of its jewelry department. The role combines sales, client relationship management and support of the team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage key sales and clients using client books and a client database to optimise sales through stronger relationships.
- Sell products and contribute to the growth of store sales.
- Manage repairs and transfers of pieces within and outside the region.
- Assist in coaching and training sales teams on departmental collections.
- Engage clients and convey brand values to build loyalty.
- Maintain customer service to company standards and keep the sales space and store image in good condition.
- Take part in day-to-day shop-floor functions and show teamwork and leadership.
Required profile
- Luxury retail experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and professional appearance.
- Team player with pride in achieving individual targets.
- Flexibility and punctuality.
- Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
