Fitness Instructor

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network as a Fitness Instructor, delivering professional and engaging wellness experiences to guests. You will lead individual and group sessions, maintain the fitness area, and uphold the highest standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to all guests.
• Supervise fitness services and ensure protocols are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the fitness area and equipment.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and report work orders.
• Plan and lead personal training, group classes, and in‑service education sessions.
• Stay up‑to‑date on strength and cardio equipment usage and safety.
• Maintain relevant certifications and pursue continuous learning.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling fitness staff.
• Follow departmental, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Certification in a fitness‑related discipline preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Experience delivering group classes such as Aqua, HIIT, Boot Camp, Boxing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
• Calm and courteous focus on guest needs.
