Fitness Instructor – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort as a Fitness Instructor, delivering high‑quality personal training and group fitness experiences to guests and members. You will play a key part in maintaining a vibrant, safe, and welcoming recreation centre within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized training sessions for guests and members.
• Lead daily group classes such as HIIT, Stretching, Boot Camp, and Boxing, both free of charge and chargeable.
• Organise fitness and wellness events, including monthly activities and special occasions like Full Moon sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and the fitness centre, stepping in when the Recreation Attendant is absent.
• Provide exceptional customer service, offering exercise guidance, safety instructions, and personalized workout plans.
• Monitor participation numbers and collect guest feedback to evaluate program success.
• Assist across other recreation areas as needed.

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Attention to detail in maintaining a clean and safe fitness environment.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience delivering personal training sessions.
• Ability to lead group fitness classes (HIIT, Stretching, Boot Camp, Boxing).
• Knowledge of equipment cleaning and sanitisation procedures.
• Understanding of safety rules and regulations for a recreation centre.
