About the role
Careers International is recruiting a Fitout Admin Coordinator in Dubai. The role manages the day-to-day documentation and coordination of fitout projects, supporting project managers, designers and site supervisors.
Key responsibilities
- Keep detailed records of all project documents, including contracts, design plans, permits and invoices.
- Coordinate project timelines so that key milestones and deadlines are met.
- Schedule meetings with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Organize site visits and inspections, making sure all parties are informed and prepared.
- Assist procurement by obtaining quotes, placing orders and tracking deliveries of materials and supplies.
- Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with their terms and conditions.
- Act as the client point of contact, giving progress updates and answering questions.
- Prepare and send project reports, status updates and other communications to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, designers and site supervisors.
