Fleet Operations Coordinator

About the role

ADNOC Logistics & Services, the logistics arm of ADNOC Group, is looking for a Fleet Operations Coordinator in Abu Dhabi. The role schedules, plans and tracks fleet logistics requirements and vessel certifications so that the fleet meets operational needs and complies with regulations. It is an external contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, plan and track fleet logistics requirements and vessel certifications, keeping regulatory publications, shipping notices, process reviews and instructions up to date
• Liaise with suppliers to deliver vessel provisions, spares, service and repair orders and contracted service personnel
• Facilitate crew deployment and sign-off, track manning levels, certificate validity, licensing and other documentation
• Coordinate receipt and delivery of mission orders and help masters prepare voyage plans
• Maintain a database of operational capabilities and archive monthly records, logbooks and other vessel documentation
• Evaluate technical and safety standards, review risk assessments and take part in fleet assessment reviews and incident investigations
• Prepare reports on inspections, surveys and investigations and follow up on corrective actions
• Respond to crew inquiries and liaise with port authorities for permits and documentation
• Resolve scheduling conflicts between departments and contribute to performance appraisals

Required profile

• Diploma in Marine, Oil & Gas Industry or Business Development
• Preferred: background and working knowledge of offshore support vessels or marine operations
• Preferred: good knowledge of offshore equipment, systems and associated regulations
