Flexible Graphic Designer

About the role

This full‑time position is ideal for a designer returning to work after a break. Based in JLT, Dubai, you will join a small, passionate team supporting a social enterprise that works with farmers in Ghana and Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Create a wide range of communication collateral, including websites, catalogues, brochures, newsletters (MailChimp), posters, infographics, e‑banners, business cards and roll‑ups.
• Develop corporate identity from scratch, covering logos, stationery, packaging and web design.
• Produce multimedia design projects for print, video and digital channels, following trend research, design strategy and concept execution.
• Prepare layouts for digital newsletters, press releases and stock reports.
• Design artwork for packaging, labels and product leaflets.
• Manage suppliers and agencies to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective production of marketing materials.
• Assist in keeping websites and social media platforms up to date.

Required profile

• Background in fine arts or graphic design.
• Basic photography ability and excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proven capacity to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate within a team.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
• Fluent English.
