Flight Training Solution Architect

About the role

Emirates IT is looking for a Flight Training Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions across the Group’s enterprise platforms. You will be responsible for shaping the architectural vision, ensuring system interoperability, and driving technology excellence in a fast‑moving aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fit‑for‑purpose IT architecture solutions that align with business requirements and corporate standards.
• Own end‑to‑end architecture decisions, including technology selection and component design.
• Create and maintain Enterprise Architecture standards, guidelines, and the architecture repository.
• Monitor industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and run proof‑of‑concepts to demonstrate business value.
• Promote reuse of platforms, services, and solutions across the organisation.
• Mentor development teams on best engineering practices and provide technical consultancy.
• Conduct architecture reviews of vendor products and recommend improvements for short‑ and long‑term application roadmaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise architecture within large, complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data flow management, and system interoperability.
• Ability to engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
