Floor Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to join the front‑of‑house team at Be Babel The Palm, a premium dining venue in Dubai. The role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate floor operations during service to ensure smooth and efficient flow.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, etiquette, grooming, and presentation in line with luxury brand expectations.
• Lead, train, and motivate waitstaff, ensuring consistency in service delivery.
• Engage with guests, handle enquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure VIP and regular patrons receive personalised, memorable service.
• Monitor table turns, reservations, seating plans, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and host teams for seamless service.
• Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and SOP standards at all times.
• Assist management with daily briefings, shift reports, and performance feedback.
• Support upselling initiatives and ensure staff are knowledgeable about menus, wine, and promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role within fine dining or high‑end restaurants.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (additional languages a plus).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of wine and luxury service standards.
