About the role
The Floor Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations of the Pierre Hermé restaurant, upholding brand standards and delivering an excellent guest experience. You will lead the floor team, manage opening and closing procedures, and support inventory and hygiene compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Execute opening and closing routines in line with brand guidelines.
- Inspect merchandise, displays, and uniform hygiene daily.
- Conduct monthly inventory of all brand equipment.
- Greet guests, present menus, assist selections, and monitor satisfaction.
- Handle complex billing, customer inquiries, and special cases.
- Delegate tasks, set deadlines, oversee results, and provide training to staff.
- Communicate team needs to higher management and ensure SOP adherence.
- Monitor staff performance and enforce preparation techniques.
Required profile
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Technical degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in food & beverage operations or a similar supervisory role.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Food Safety – Level Two certification.
