About the role
The Food and Beverage Hostess joins the Guest Service Expert team to create memorable dining experiences for hotel guests. You will be responsible for setting up the dining area, serving guests, and ensuring smooth communication between the floor and the kitchen.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, arrange dining settings, and maintain a clean service area.
- Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Clean work areas, restock supplies, and ensure all service stations are organized.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided, moving trays, and navigating uneven surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
