About the role

Join the dynamic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina as a Food & Beverage Assistant in the Executive Lounge. You will deliver premium service to distinguished guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience in a vibrant, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high‑quality service to Executive Lounge guests throughout the day.
• Maintain the lounge’s appearance, cleanliness, and overall presentation at all times.
• Monitor and replenish stock for self‑service areas, and assist with food preparation and setup.
• Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene standards and guest‑ware protocols.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to preferences, and promote hotel facilities and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a four‑ or five‑star hotel or comparable hospitality setting.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and able to meet high performance standards.
• Capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines, and handling a fast‑paced environment.
