About the role

The Food & Beverage Associate plays a vital part in delivering memorable guest experiences within a hotel environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining area. Collaboration with kitchen and fellow team members ensures smooth service and high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take customer orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate, timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Serve meals and beverages according to presentation guidelines.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area, set tables, and clear dishes.
• Collaborate with kitchen and F&B team to coordinate service.
• Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in line with company policies.
