Food & Beverage Intern

About the role

Mama Shelter Dubai is looking for a Food & Beverage Intern to join its team and gain hands-on experience in hospitality. The intern learns the brand's approach to guest service, supports the team in delivering excellent service, and develops skills in menu knowledge, service standards and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the brand's hospitality culture and support the team in making every guest feel welcomed and valued.
• Assist with food and beverage service, table setup, clearing and keeping operations running smoothly during shifts.
• Learn menu knowledge, service standards and operational procedures.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional way.
• Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Work with colleagues across the restaurant, kitchen and bar, and learn from experienced team members.
