Food & Beverage Internship in Dubai

About the role

Join Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Dubai as a Food & Beverage Intern and gain hands‑on experience in hotel operations. You will work alongside experienced F&B teams, learning the day‑to‑day activities that keep guests satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily service operations across restaurants, bars and room service.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment and ordering processes.
• Participate in guest service interactions, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
• Help prepare reports on sales, waste and cost control under supervision.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to maintain smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Current university or college student pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field.
• Strong interest in food and beverage operations and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems is a plus.
