Food & Beverage Internship – Luxury Resort

About the role

The InterContinental Fujairah Resort is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Intern to join its dynamic team. This position offers hands‑on exposure to all facets of F&B operations in a five‑star resort setting, allowing you to develop practical skills while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take food and beverage orders promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present food and drinks according to health, safety and presentation standards.
• Clear and clean tables efficiently, ensuring a tidy dining environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties for the outlet, including station set‑up and breakdown.
• Maintain cleanliness of wait‑staff stations throughout the shift.
• Follow hotel safety protocols and report any incidents immediately to the supervisor or manager on duty.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience or on‑the‑job training in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
