Food & Beverage Manager – Female

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all F&B operations at Sheraton Dubai, overseeing culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room‑service areas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the food and beverage business plan and budgets.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of kitchens, restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Maintain cost control, pricing strategies, and a positive cost‑management index.
• Lead, coach, and schedule the F&B team, ensuring coverage and high performance.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and employee engagement, addressing concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable food‑service laws and health regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant F&B experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
