About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Food & Beverage Manager to lead the food service operations across our GCC venues, based in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality guest experiences while managing budgets, staff, and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning and inventory control.
- Train and develop staff to maintain operational standards and excellent service.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure consistent high‑quality service.
- Manage financial budgets and control costs for food and beverage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
Required profile
- Strong expertise in food service and F&B management.
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience training staff in a fast‑paced, entertainment‑driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Degree or diploma in hospitality, food management, or a related field (preferred).
