Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

White Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead its restaurant operations in Abu Dhabi. The role combines operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team development and business growth to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and high standards of quality, presentation and cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handle feedback and complaints, and implement initiatives to boost satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead, train and develop restaurant teams, manage staffing, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports; monitor revenue, food, labour and operating costs and implement cost‑control measures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, health, hygiene and municipal regulations, maintain HACCP standards and conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate with senior management on menu development, promotions, new concepts and support restaurant openings or expansions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a multi‑outlet environment.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and profitability.
