About the role
The Guest Service Expert (Hostess) creates memorable dining experiences for guests at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. You will be responsible for setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and address any issues.
- Maintain work areas, clean supplies, and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food and beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
