About the role

This internship offers hospitality students hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel environment, focusing on food and beverage service. You will work alongside an experienced team to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist in delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Support daily restaurant operations, including preparation, setup and service.
• Learn and apply luxury hospitality service standards.
• Assist with guest requests while maintaining a professional and attentive approach.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and operational standards.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, food and beverage service.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong communication skills in English.
• Team player who enjoys a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Attention to detail and desire to make guests feel welcome.
