About the role
Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel. You will lead daily F&B operations, ensure service excellence, and uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and train F&B staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Assist in inventory management and cost control.
- Collaborate with management to develop revenue‑boosting strategies.
- Prepare reports and schedules as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
