Food Runner – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the dynamic Food & Beverage team at FIVE Hotels and Resorts as a Food Runner. You will support the service crew by delivering dishes promptly and ensuring every guest experience reflects the brand’s high‑energy, five‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, brand‑aligned welcome.
• Collect food orders from the kitchen and deliver them to tables efficiently.
• Maintain accurate guest preference records and assist in personalising service.
• Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate smooth operations during peak periods.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment (preferred).
• Professional appearance that meets FIVE’s grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic attitude with strong communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
