About the role
The Food Server will join Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen’s front‑of‑house team in Dubai, delivering attentive service and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus and take orders accurately.
- Explain menu items, accommodate special dietary requests and answer guest questions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain clean, properly set tables throughout service.
- Process payments, handle guest concerns professionally and adhere to safety, hygiene and quality standards.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience in restaurant, bar, café or similar hospitality environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays safely and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance, punctuality and a guest‑first mindset.
Required skills
- Food & Beverage service knowledge.
- Basic cooking awareness to communicate orders effectively.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices and local health regulations.
- Proficiency in spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
