About the role
The Foreman will lead site teams for chilled water, ducting, electrical, HVAC, infrastructure and plumbing works, allocating daily tasks based on approved drawings and schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise site teams, ensuring workmanship meets project specifications.
- Allocate daily tasks according to approved drawings and work schedules.
- Coordinate materials, tools and manpower with engineers and other trades.
- Monitor progress, enforce safety requirements and report site issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP, BMS or electromechanical fields.
- UAE experience preferred.
