Foreman – Construction Site Leadership in Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are a well‑established contracting firm in the UAE looking for an experienced Foreman to lead daily site activities on our Abu Dhabi projects. This hands‑on role ensures crews work safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily site operations, assigning tasks before work begins.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and translate them into clear instructions.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manpower.
• Monitor quality and safety, identifying issues before they cause rework.
• Track daily progress and provide accurate updates to project management.
• Manage site manpower, resolve conflicts quickly and maintain morale.
• Ensure all work complies with UAE construction standards and project specifications.

Required profile

• Solid hands‑on experience as a Foreman on UAE construction sites.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings independently.
• Good command of English for instructions, simple reports and communication.
• Physically fit for daily on‑site work in Abu Dhabi.

Required skills

• Blueprint and structural drawing interpretation.
• Basic computer skills for progress reporting.
