About the role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman Fabrication to lead daily construction and fabrication activities on our Abu Dhabi site. The role involves coordinating tasks, managing resources, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily construction and fabrication site activities.
Coordinate tasks based on project priorities, schedules, and site conditions.
Delegate responsibilities to workers, crew members, and subcontractors.
Monitor labor, materials, tools, and equipment usage to control project costs and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience supervising construction or fabrication projects.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
Knowledge of safety regulations, budgeting and cost control.
