Foreman - HVAC

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Foreman for HVAC on behalf of a well-known civil and MEP contracting company in the UAE. The role covers leading and supervising the installation of fan coil units, air handling units, chilled water piping, ducting and insulation on ongoing building and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise chargehands and technicians in installing FCUs, AHUs, chilled water piping, ducting and insulation
• Allocate daily work and manpower as instructed by the site engineer or supervisor
• Read and follow approved shop drawings and specifications
• Ensure correct installation, workmanship quality and readiness for inspection
• Track material usage and raise requirements in advance
• Report daily progress and site issues to the site engineer
• Make sure the team follows safety rules, PPE and HSE procedures

Required profile

• ITI or diploma in mechanical, refrigeration and AC (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC works in building construction, including as Foreman; GCC experience preferred
• Valid passport with minimum 2 years validity
• Basic English or Hindi communication
• Ready to join immediately

Required skills

• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Good team handling skills
