Forward Deployed Engineer – AI Workflow Platform

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will act as the bridge between enterprise customers and Silkrunner, spiderSilk’s AI workflow orchestration platform. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to translate complex business processes—such as procurement, HR, legal, and security operations—into automated agentic solutions that can be deployed in days.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise and government customers to discover, scope, and structure automation use cases.
• Translate business processes into structured agent workflows on Silkrunner.
• Challenge customer thinking, identify steps suitable for agents, and design implementation approaches.
• Provide clear, actionable implementation plans for the delivery team.
• Configure, test, and iterate on agent solutions through to production.
• Operate under tight delivery milestones in high‑visibility programs.
• Feed field learnings back into the Silkrunner product roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a forward‑deployed, solution‑engineering or implementation consulting role with actual customer delivery.
• Consultant mindset comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and scoping business processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise processes such as procurement, HR, finance, legal, or security operations.
• Technical depth to design agent workflows and collaborate credibly with engineering teams.
• Experience mapping requirements onto platforms like Palantir, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Startup mentality—fast‑moving, autonomous, and able to lead in ambiguous, high‑pressure environments.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the UAE with regular on‑site presence.
