About the role

Salesforce is seeking a senior Forward Deployed Engineer who is fluent in Arabic to design, build and deploy advanced agentic AI solutions within enterprise customer environments in Dubai. The role combines deep technical ownership with close collaboration with Deployment Strategists to deliver end‑to‑end AI outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for complex AI projects, ensuring architecture and code meet the highest engineering standards.
• Partner with Deployment Strategists to define customer outcomes from design through production.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best‑practice patterns that scale across teams.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on real‑world deployment challenges.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging AI tools, pilot new models, and share insights with the organization.

Required profile

• Senior‑level software engineer with proven experience delivering AI‑driven solutions in enterprise settings.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, capable of client‑facing interactions.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to own outcomes end‑to‑end.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce development platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude and Salesforce Vibes.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and architecture design.
