Forward Deployed Engineer – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Telnyx is building a local Enterprise Sales Pod in Dubai and is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work side‑by‑side with an Enterprise Account Executive. You will embed with enterprise customers, design and ship production‑grade solutions on Telnyx’s global network covering voice, messaging, AI and wireless services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery with customers to understand business requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end architecture using Telnyx primitives (voice, messaging, numbers, wireless, AI, inference).
• Develop and deliver proof‑of‑concept implementations and guide them to production go‑live.
• Remove technical blockers, optimise workloads and drive subsequent deployments.
• Collaborate closely with the Enterprise AE to align technical outcomes with commercial goals.

Required profile

• Strong background in building scalable network‑centric applications.
• Experience delivering enterprise‑grade solutions in cloud or multi‑cloud environments.
• Ability to work directly with customers and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on attitude.
