Founding Product & Customer Operator

About the role

Skyler Labs is building Skyler ONE, an AI‑powered platform that prepares sales reps for meetings with automated briefs, research, decks and follow‑ups. As a Founding Product & Customer Operator you will be the bridge between early users and the AI‑driven build engine, ensuring the product evolves based on real customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with early Skyler ONE users, handling onboarding, support, churn analysis and feature requests.
• Run the product feedback loop: translate user signals into prioritized, evidence‑backed scopes for the roadmap.
• Drive onboarding‑to‑activation, helping new sellers achieve value quickly.
• Collaborate with Growth on messaging truth and with Operations to turn feedback into shipped features.

Required profile

• Founding‑product or product‑operator mindset with a passion for talking to users and synthesising feedback.
• Comfort operating AI agents to research, synthesize and draft product scopes.
• Ruthless prioritisation, tying every build request to concrete user data.

Required skills

• SQL for reading product usage data.
