FP&A Analyst – Manufacturing Finance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join Eaton’s Middle East team in Dubai. Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, you will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and operational analysis for the E33 manufacturing plant.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, profit planning and financial reporting for the plant.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying drivers, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, productivity, margins and working capital.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and Accounting to provide financial insights.
• Assist capital investment evaluations, cost‑reduction initiatives and continuous‑improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, SOX requirements and audit standards.
• Utilize SAP, Excel and reporting tools to deliver timely, accurate information to plant leadership.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of progressive finance experience in a multinational organization.
• Minimum 2 years supporting a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP‑based reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance concepts such as cost analysis, inventory management and variance analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment with high ownership.
