FP&A Manager (Construction/Engineering)

About the role

A large organization in the UAE is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. The role drives financial performance through accurate planning, analysis and strategic support to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, forecasting and reporting.
• Provide management with insights on business performance, risks and opportunities.
• Support decisions through scenario modeling and financial recommendations.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; Master's degree or certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA are a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A.
• Proven experience in a multicultural environment.
