FP&A Manager

About the role

The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis activities for Bayut.com, supporting strategic and operational decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic re‑forecasts.
• Collaborate with business units to gather cost assumptions and inputs.
• Develop detailed financial models for budgeting, long‑range planning and scenario analysis.
• Consolidate departmental inputs, validate accuracy and prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis.
• Identify performance drivers, communicate findings to senior management and provide updates on risks and opportunities.
• Support the creation of board reports, investor presentations and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Build strong relationships with department heads, offering financial guidance and insights.
• Maintain and enhance dynamic financial models, conduct sensitivity analyses and develop dashboards or automated reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum six years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate complex financial information clearly.
