Freelance Bike Rider

About the role

The Freelance Bike Rider at Wayno will use a bike to pick up and deliver parcels, documents and other items across Dubai, ensuring timely and accurate service through the Wayno app.

Key responsibilities

• Review delivery requests in the Wayno app and plan optimal routes.
• Navigate to pick‑up and drop‑off locations using GPS and mobile map applications.
• Collect parcels, handle them with care, and deliver them to customers.
• Confirm deliveries with customers and update the system in real time.
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations while riding in an urban environment.
• Maintain the bike in good working condition and report any issues.
• Communicate clearly with the operations team when problems arise.

Required profile

• Strong navigation and route‑planning skills within Dubai.
• Good communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Reliable time‑management and organizational skills.
• Awareness of road safety practices and traffic regulations.
• Valid bike riding license and access to a well‑maintained bike.
• Basic smartphone literacy, including use of delivery apps and messaging tools.
• Physical fitness sufficient for regular bike riding and handling parcels of varying sizes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including peak times, with dependable attendance.
