About the role
Legends Club is seeking a freelance Event & Guest Host to manage private, invitation‑only dinners for senior business guests in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure each evening runs smoothly and guests feel welcomed.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the venue before each event.
- Welcome guests, manage seating, and open the evening with a brief welcome.
- Handle any issues that arise on the spot.
- Capture photos and short videos of the evening.
- Keep the internal team updated via WhatsApp.
Required profile
- Hospitality experience such as restaurant, bar, hotel host, guest relations, front desk or waiting staff.
- Fluent English, professional appearance and composure.
- Comfortable interacting with senior guests.
- Punctual, reliable and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Confident use of a smartphone to take photos and record short videos.
