Freelance Tempo Supervisor – Food & Beverage Operations

About the role

The Tempo Supervisor will lead the food and beverage (F&B) team at Coca-Cola Arena, ensuring smooth, profitable operations during events. This freelance position requires a self‑sponsored candidate who can manage opening and closing procedures, maintain high service standards, and support multiple arena locations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule a F&B team of 20‑35 members, guaranteeing shift coverage during peak periods.
• Oversee food preparation, bar stocks, concession operations, and service quality according to standardized recipes.
• Maintain rigorous food safety, kitchen hygiene, and equipment maintenance standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, conduct stock counts, and report results to management.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve menu‑related complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and assist with cash register duties.
• Delegate cleaning, receiving, storage, and food issuance tasks to team members.
• Support opening, closing, and administrative tasks across multiple arena locations.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Hospitality, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar F&B supervisory role.
• Previous experience in the UAE events or venue industry is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent in English.
