About the role

Esyasoft Holding, a unicorn‑status leader in AI‑driven smart‑grid solutions, is launching a global graduate recruitment drive. Recent graduates worldwide are invited to join a 3.5‑month training programme followed by deployment on international energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑based applications for smart‑grid and utility digitalisation.
• Design, install and maintain instrumentation and industrial automation systems.
• Manage on‑site project execution and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Create civil, pipeline and hydraulic engineering designs for energy infrastructure.
• Implement health, safety and environment (HSE) standards across project sites.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (undergraduate or postgraduate) with a degree or internship experience in one of the listed disciplines.
• Willingness to relocate globally and work on international projects.
• Strong interest in energy, technology and sustainable solutions.
• Adaptable, eager to learn and able to work in multicultural environments.
